All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to certain reservations for printing errors, price changes and sold out items.
Önling receives payment with Dankort, Visacard, Mastercard and MobilePay. Upon payment, you will be charged a card fee corresponding to a percentage of your purchase depending on the payment method used. This fee is stated on your invoice and you will be notified on completion of the payment.
Your payment will be withdrawn from your account on the day the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
Önling encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons can not read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to strike or lockout, power failure, fire damage, fire fighting, machine damage, lack of power, terror, war and warlike conditions, omissions or delays of supplies or other similar delivery difficulties, including subcontractors force majeure, Önling is entitled to cancel the order after termination or to postpone delivery.
Information about filing complaints
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can submit a complaint at www.forbrug.dk
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for filing a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a resident of another EU country. Complaints are submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint please state our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
